OFFICE OF THE PRESS SECRETARY
Subject: Modernization of Federal Information Systems
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution
and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby
ordered as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. The Federal Government must modernize its
information systems to protect against evolving cybersecurity
threats and ensure the security of sensitive data.
Section 2. Implementation. All agencies shall:
(a) Conduct comprehensive security assessments
(b) Implement multi-layered defense strategies
(c) Report vulnerabilities through proper channels
Section 3. This order is effective immediately.
